  You read the wrong model number off the unit 578N is the Underwriters Laboratory code. The Hitachi model number is RD-5083 or similar. The manual can be found at the attached URLl

  About two months ago replaced the bulb now my set is turning on for a couple minutes and then goes off and pops back on. when i turn it off the lamp light comes on? Should I replace the lamp again? Fyi the replacement bulb was the cheapest I could find.
