Hotpoint FF4DK (removal of doors & drawers)
Hi, I cannot find the handbook for this appliance and urgently need to know how to remove the doors and drawers to get it through a narrow opening. I would be grateful for any assistance. Many thanks, Pete

flashing lights problem
The freezer is not getting down to temp and the super freeze light is not coming on and staying on but it does work. machine starts beeping with flashing lights after a few hours of first being switched on

Ice Dispenser Flap
I need to replace the black flap that closes off the ice dispenser but cannot find it in the parts list. Does anyone know if it comes with some other part, like the ice chute, for example?

Smoking Refrigerator
Our Hotpoint refrigerator was smoking in the freezer and refrigerator, but then it stopped and isn't doing it now.

Ice Maker inoperative
The water line running from the water valve assembly in the rear of my Hotpoint refrigerator has separated, and the ice maker will no longer work. I've tried re-attaching the line, without success. Is there a repair availabe for this problem, or must I purchase another water valve assembly. Thanks…

Water Dispenser Leaking
The ice maker/water dispenser unit makes a rather loud humming noise but only in the summer. The water dispenser does not work. If you accidentally use it, water keeps leaking out.

Hotpoint Fridge/Freezer restart after power interruption
I have a Hotpoint FF187EG which stops when there is a power interruption however brief (as little as 30 seconds last time). The engineer said that it could take as much as 24 hours for recovery. This has just happened for the fourth time in my 14 months of having the product. Any comments/solutions…

h20 and ice will not dispence
the H20 and Ice dispenser constantly STOP working. Eventually it has started working after a few minutes.
So far, the H20 dispenser has been down for over 3 hours AND THE UNIT HAS STOPPED RUNNING. The ice dispenser works.

Having problem with the freezer, it won't maintain its temperature. Every couple of weeks the temperature drops, the fridge will alarm, and it will be like this for a few days and then it will work perfectly. It also, sometime makes a very loud noise, like a drill.

Freezer works but refrigerator not cooling
Refrigerator not cooling. Freezer is working but now has frost on back wall. Advised to unplug for 12 hours but all that did was melt ice buildup in freezer. Ice maker works fine. Water dispenser works. Refrigerator in use less than 5 years. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

refridge not cooling
Ireplaced the mother board because it had blown circut, then i replace the thermistor and still not cooling properly. Istuck the new thermistor in a warm glass of water and the door that lets the cool air from the freezer in opened, what else do i need to look at?

Rehanging doors
Any tips on rehanging the doors? I've come to the conclusion I'm going to have to take the top panel off the door in order to get access to the top hinge. This seems a bit drastic. Am I overlooking something?

Ice dispenser flap isn't closing proeprly
I have a hotpoing HSS251FMDWW side by side that is icing up around the ice and water dispenser. When I set iut ti disoense cubes, most of what comes out is crushed. I have noticed that the black rubber gasket does no fully reseat itself allowing warm air to constantly enter the ice maker compartment…
