  Both thermostats are turned to 65C which is as high as it will go and still I can shower in just the hot water. Can someone tell me what is wrong? This tank is 9 months old. The capacity is 170 L. Thank you

  i TOOK THE KNOB APART AND MONKEYED WITH THE SWITCH INSIDE AND GOT THE OVEN TURNED OFF, SHEESE, NOW I CAN'T GET THE KNOB BACK TOGETHER. THE PART WITH THE SPRING WON'T HOOK ON.
