How to pre-set a baking time. I want to set the oven to start cooking at 4:00 before I leave the house at noon. How do I do this?

Need product manual
Light is out in front digital panel, I was told I need a Controler, but it's over $100. (non returnable)for the part and it may not even be the right one. The thermostat still works and the timer dings I just can't see any number without the panel light

Digital light is out at oven front flat push panel, the thermostat digitally beeps, the timer dings, and the appliance cooks properly, I just can't see the numbers without a light in the front digital panel.

Product Manual
I am in need of the product manual for this convection oven. It was in the home I just moved into and there is no manual available. I used it for the first time and it took an hour to cook something that only took 25 min in my previous regular oven.
