No power
I have a JennAir wall oven JJW8530BAB and nothing works on it. It seems to have no power. No time,nothing. Is there a fuse in this unit?

Need the part number for the right rear burner base. This burner was damaged as a result of flood. Our home is on "You Tube". Go to "Pocahontas Flood" and look for the brown house with a green metal roof.

all 4 burners only light on one side .

Refrigerator not cold

Where is the circut board located which is conected to the evaporator on my Jenn Air JCD2389GEW? it is bad and needs to be replaced? I have the freezer back of and can't find it. I also have the inside top of the refrigerator rmoved and don't see it there.

Igniter Won't Light Gas Burner
I have a Jenn-air gas cooktop model #JGD8430ADN. One of the burners won't light. It's getting a spark and gas but the spark won't arc to the burner. It sparks around the igniter housing only.

I bought a used one and it appears the tubing on it is only connected to the chilling side of the refridgerator. Should one of the tubes go up to what appears to be a connection directly behind the icemaker ?

Freezer at 16 degrees and refrigerator at 59 degrees not cooling but somewhat stable at these temps. Tech came out and did not know what was wrong, guessed it might be a freon leak.

I attempted to use my oven's time cook option tonight. I placed the temperature to 400, then place the mode knob to time cook. I set the start time, then set how long to cook for. When I arrived home, the fan to the over was on, and the timer was counting down, but the heating ellement was not on…
