  I recently bought a J5. I started the machine for the first time. it turns on and then after fillling the water tank it goes to "system filling ".   malfunction 8
  after making 2 perfect espressos the machine makes a horrible, loud, clicking noise and sounds as if some internal machinery is not connecting properly - maybe gears? then 'malfunction 8' displays. what is wrong?

  even with the grinder on the coarse setting the coffee only dribbles out and can stop completely before a full cup is prepared - the machine has been cleaned - any suggestions ?

  I get a Malfunction 8 message occasionally. After playing around I can get the machine to work again. What is the problem?
