Soap won't dispense during wash cycle
My Kenmore Quiet Guard Standard Built-in Dishwasher that won't dispense soap during the wash cycle. The soap door opens but soap the soap cube we use is laying at the bottom of the tub undisolved.

Ultra Wash dishwasher #665.1358
The lights for start, cycles do not come out. Only options come out.
It does not get started. Cancel drain bottom seems to be ok. What is a problem not to get started?

Leaking
Kemore dishwasher is leaking under the solenoid, above the motor.
In the picture, the leak is at the part with 2 red connectors.

will not fill with water
it will not fill with water when pressing start button, but when hitting cancel it will drain the little water it has inside washer
