I have a 11 year old Kenmore dishwasher that gets so hot during the dry cycle that it has discolored all my non metalic cookware. You have to wait 10 minutes after the unit turns off to handle the dishes because they are so hot.

Small plastic piece fell off inside our Dishwasher.
A small plastic piece fell off inside our Kenmore Ultra Wash DW, it looks like small circle with 2 chunks missing on two sides and hole in center. I can't figure out where it came from, please help. Thanks.

Rinse Aid tube is clogged
I use Jet Dry rinse aid. Lately I have been noticing that the dishes are coming out filmy. My rinse aid window has been for for over a month. It should be almost empty by now. I believe the tube may be clogged, but I am not sure.

The above parts were not with the dishwasher when it was installed. Is there a diagram that would show me how to install the parts? fter 2 weeks and many phone calls, I cannot get anyone out here to install them.

Will not complet cycle. 24 in. dish washer
The machine will not complet a cycle. After the third rince the china wash light will come on and the cycle will stop. The lock light will come on and will not reset.

lower rack nozzle broke
the lower nozzles that spin are loose and the nob on the top of the assembly is barley hanging on by a thread. dishes do not clean entirely
