  I seem to have a model that was trashed or didn't sell well or both! Simply would like insite on what appears to be a simple fix. Mod# 6651677991, Serial# FE0680491! Can't locate a manual on this model!

  no lights on control pad
  recently had problem with not draining. Used dishwasher cleaner and drained fine. Now lights on control pad not working-no power and water not drained from last washing. Plug in outlet has power.
