Help
the door alarm goes off & b is displayed on the screen but the door is closed and the switch that turns on the light is working. the alarm gets anoying going off a couple of times a day

won't get cold
have had my freezer plugged in for about a week now and there is only one small section that get cold.

Defrost Pan
Freezer was shut off and the food destroyed. I need to know if there is a pan that collects the nasty stuffs that would need to be emptied.
