  I don't have a manual for my B70 and have no idea how to make the iced tea. I haven't had any luck with this site so far, but could someone tell me how this all works. I've checked out the brochure on this site because i didn't get one with my B70. There is definitely a cold drink on my display, but…

  What is the "size" that shows the glass on the left of the smallest cup size? It blinks on it but I cannot do anything with it nor can I find it in the B70 manual. I bought this unit described as a B70 on Ebay with no box or manual and the online manual does not show that indicator at all. Thanks

  We purchased a Keurig B3000 from Amazon and are having trouble finding replacement parts we it. We are looking for the piece that holds the K-cup holder, any suggestions? Thanks.

  Mold
  Machine not used for several months. Internal tank developed mold and pieces of mold come into cup. I used vinegar but no help. Internal tank needs to be removed and cleaned, any suggestions on how to remove tank?

  Doesn't this machine require cleaning? Today when I made a cup of coffee the system actually overfilled my cup. Usually when I brew a cup of coffee the cup only fills to about 1 inch of the rim of the cup? I also can't find my manual.

  it worked fine to brew 2 cups but when the 3rd K-cup was inserted to brew it continues to say not ready. The resevoir is full. I don't remember hearing it pump.
