  Need Manual
  My coffee maker model KCM534WH needs the heat pump cleaned and I do not have the manual that tells me how. There is not one available on line. Please help.

  Won't turn on
  Everything is ready to go in the coffeemaker (coffee, water, etc) but when I press 'on' it turns itself off. Checked everything to make sure it's plugged in properly, closed, etc.

  Coffee Pot won't start...it is fairly new, no needs clean light on. I do not have the manual and heed help...
