  POWER ON
  I GOT THIS FOOD PROCESSOR AS A GIFT 2 YEARS AGO BUT NEVER USED IT. I WENT TO USE IT FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THE MACHINE WILL NOT GO ON

  It won't start
  I can't get the thing started, we've used it once. Everything is hooked up right and it is getting power - nothing moves though.

  Chef's chopper - blade stuck on
  My blade seems to be stuck on my kitchen aid food chopper (KFC3100WH2).

  Chopper won't work when pulse button is pressed
  I went to use my chopper just now and found that the white bar on the handle that is supposed to activate the switch to work the pulse button is not engaging enough to get the machine to work. I just bought the unit on Dec. 28th 2008 and have only used it once before. any ideas? Thabnks

  Doesn't work out of the box
  Am I an idiot? Don't answer that. Seriously though...plug in, lock top in place, hit pulse button and then....nothing. Am I missing something or do I have a defective product?
