I need, I think a new timer/controller. The drain valve/solenoid works fine but does not drain when in cycle. Another web site says the part # is 557125 for the timer but no longer available. I have no manual.

Wont power on
Plugged in and will not turn on. Turned a burner once at it turned range on but not burner. Door is locked so I cant get the model #. Drawer on bottom flat glass top. Built in light on top.

"hair trigger" on mixer
Just barely touching the speed swith will cause the mixer to go into slow mixing speed. This is very dangerous as it's very easy to accidently turn it on while using it. Any suggestions on how to remedy?

flashing lights
I have a Kitchen Aid dishwasher, model KUDR02FSSS3. The "Cancel" light continues to blink or the "Normal" and "Light China" lights flash back and forth. The other restets for the KUDI series do not work.

The rinse light keeps beeoing. It is the error code for the flood switch has been activated. What can I do to fix this? When I reset it the dishwasher remains fine for 20 sec then the pump starts and runs and beeps beeps beeps.

Refrigerator not cooling
I found the fan was being impeded by a piece of styrafoam and the cylinder next to the fan was very hot. I proceded to turn the machine off and allow it to cool. I have since turned it back on. It seems to be cooling, but is making a noise. I think the cylinder retains the freon, but not sure.

KitchenAid Classic whisk scrapes bowl
I just got a used KitchenAid Classic, but the attachments all scrape the bowl. I tried adjusting the screw, but it didn't work--all it did was block the locking mechanism in the back. Can someone help me figure out what to do to fix this? The bowl is already looking worn.

Repairing low water pressure
Water pressure is extremely low. Jets and pressure are not reaching top shelf.
It's possible perhaps that the design of the water 'feed' is secured by the pressure of the door closing. But...not sure...

Water left in bottom after cycle complete
The dish washer leaves the bottom of the unit filled with water, even though the cycle is complete. I cannot figure out how to remove the lower rotating arm to check to see if the drain is blocked (although that might not be the problem). Does anyone have any troubleshooting steps for this problem…

Oven
After cooking for about 15 Min my oven turns itself off and a code F1 appears. We already replaced the main board but it still shows F1. When you cook on convection it seems to work.

I too have read and reread the manual, but I have no idea how to make the shredding disk work. The picture in the manual is no help. Does this shredding blade sit up high or is it used together with another part? HELP. I bought it for slicing/shredding and can't make it work. thanks
