In the soap dispenser there are two cups, the larger one for soap the other for what? It has a starburst like symbol in it.

High power burner will not ignite

freezer indicator light
The temmp is normally at 0. It has now been registering at 6 for the past 48 hours. I vacuumed the coils. It is difficult getting behind the first grate. Any suggestions on cleaning coils and is the temp in the normal range?

Our Kitchenaid refrigerator side-by-side counterdepth, model # KSCS25FV, icemaker dispenser has jammed/stopped working. We have emptied the icemaker canister several times and allowed the icemaker to make fresh ice and still the dispenser will not empty ice into a glass. What is wrong?

this microwave, holds the time ok.
But it only gives me One minute cycles. I have to hold the # 1 key
until it beeps twice. I can put as much time as i want but still only gives 1 minute cycle.
then if i want more time i have to go thru the above process. please help

I removed the Ice maker to clean and reconnected it. Now it doesn't make ice. There are jumper terminals on the panel to cycle the icemaker manually to get it started but I don't know which terminals to jump. Thanks.

Error message during power failure
Oven is 2 wks old. We had a power failure right after the oven stopped cooking in convection mode and now we get an error code (F6 EO), which states lost communications and the oven doesn't work. The manual says to call for repair. Does this happen after all power failures? What to do???

Dishwasher making noise
