Label stuck inside printer
I was printing sheets of labels when one came off inside the printer. Now every page prints with a huge black band on the left side. How do I find and remove the label?

Kyocera FS 3800 printer
Printer message comes up with 'Load MP3 tray. Also rady light is 'off.'
By turning it off and on problem usually disappears, but taking longer to clear now.
Suspect faulty sensor on paper tray.
Can you advise please?

Red lights flash No paper jam...but there is
Turn the printer around, disconnect the power, open the back of the printer, might be a little fiddley, you need to drop down the back panel and look inside there and you will probably find a very small bit of paper that when you take it out will open out to an A4 sheet jammed. Very difficult to find!
