3yr old dishwasher given to me.E1 comes up after button is pressed to a cycle.Allcycles same result.Used once o.k. now this? I have no manual.

cannnot find Model # 14AW3
After one minute to start the wash cycle, E1 appears on the screen.

Rinse aid dispenser
Rinse aid dispenser is not functioning.
Soap dispenser OK. Is the problem the solenoid o the dispenser, wiring, PC board - any suggestions?

How to lock dishwasher??
I own a LG dishwasher (Model#LDS4821WW). There is a picture of a lock on the front of the dishwasher. I know you are able to lock the dishwasher shut, but I'm not sure how to do it. Any ideas?

water one fill
I installed the dishwasher after replacing it twice. The same problem on both, the water will no fill up the tub. I tested the water flow, so no kinks.
