  does not keep the right temperature. I turn the dial barely until the unit starts working, and it freezes, I turn it down just a hair and goes up to 60 C. Do I need a new temperature control?

  Hi, my 60RD has stopped running. The lights inside still come on, the LED behind the grill is not lit, and the on / off switch and temperature controls are not lit. Does anyone have an idea what is wrong?

  Temperature Problem
  The device does not maintain proper temperature. Set the temp at 37 and the unit continues to run and freezes items in bottom drawer. Also needs manual defrosting after about 4 weeks as frost builds up around inside back panel up to 1-2 inches thick. Any idea as to likely problem.

  My unit continues to freeze up. I've had it serviced and paid hundreds of dollars to replace a part, but the unit coninues to drop below freezing no matter the setting. Need help.

  Whenever I turn the dial to make the unit cooler it does'nt shut off and everything freezes.If I turn the dial counter clock wise it just shuts off. So it's either on and freezing everything or it's off completely.

  Trouble Shooting
  Unit turns on & then shut's down after 10 mins. Coil gets cold when running. could it be the thermostat. If so to you have a part #. Thanks for the help.

  automatic temperature shut off
  Refrigerator runs continually and goes until it overheats. It will not shut down unless I manually turn the temp. knob all the way to off. Service person could not diagnose the problem and said that maybe it wasn't level, but it is level. Is there something that I can check or do?
