the frig will not cool but the freezer works fine. it makes ice and stays cold

Dryere will not heat up
No matter what the setting the dryer will not heat up. All lint is cleaned out. Manual says to press reset switch or fuse is blown, but no schematic to show where those are.

Washer Won't Turn On
Washer was not going into rinse cycle so I had to turn to spin to drain tub and then turn to rinse for it to rinse and spin-dry.
Now it won't even turn on.
Could it be the lid switch?

The drum is not rolling. The motor will go on for a few seconds and then shut off. Also, the belt is in good condition.

rsd2050age maytag fridge side by side
maytag side by side, 240v australia, goes through defrost heaters average every 14 months. I realise Maytag's been bought by Whirlpool, and I can't find a repair manual for this model. However, it's a nasty model. Lots of complaints about it, too.

Ice Maker and Water Dispenser

replace door seal to eliminate water leak
I replaced the the door seal, Maytag part #902894, for $34.99. I saved $100 in labor quoted, and it took me about 5 min. to do it. Very simple.

Quiet Series 400 Dishwasher stuck in lock mode
My dishwasher is stuck in lock mode and won't run. I have tried unplugging it, cutting the circuit, and pushing the buttons the three seconds like the owners manual suggests, but it stays locked. Can anyone HELP???

The manual is ONLINE at maytag.com under support. HOWEVER when you type in the model leave off the AWB. That is the color code and offers NO help. Just type in MDB9100.

my motor sounds like it is trying to start, but the bin does not spin.
I can manually move the bin with the door open, though it is tough to do.
I can move the belt, but it does not move the bin around.
