Freezer wont freeze food
Hi my fridge was purchased last year and my food will not stay frozen my ice cream and pizza goes mushy. i have the freezer control just below coldest setting, the fridge is in medium setting and the fridge is away from the wall what could the problem be?

Freezer door bins
Need to clean the bins on the freezer door but can't figure out how to remove the front section of the bin. Want to clean in between where the two sections attach. Any ideas?

My ice maker stopped working - just the part that dumps the ice into the bucket - the bucket and door dispenser still work. Should I just order a new ice maker and try and replace it myself or should I call a repair man in case it's not the whole part?? I tried to look up the part and it's a whirl …

blocked auto defrost drain
i have removed ice build up from catch tray and tried unblocking drain with hot air and hot water. Still builds up at next defrost and water rruns from bottom of freezer from overflow in defros tray

loud knock
