not getting cold

Model RTD 1900 Top freezer, Age aprox. 15 yrs.
Does not seem to have the capacity to cool the refrigerator portion, but cools the freezer sufficiently. Also runs almost contiuously. Both refrig.& freezer settings are on 1. Refrigerator temp. is between 42 & 48 degrees.

On our MSD 2957AEW refrigerator the frig side is not cold it will get cool but not cold. The Freezer appears to be fine. If I remember, isn" there a fan that in the frig side drawing cold air from the freezer? if so where is that fan and how easy/hard is it to replace.

Cool Flow Ventilation
Everytime opening up the freezer, there are ice all over the place and melting by the door as well. Ice is on the door panel (not leaking).

The red light stays on after the water filter is replaced. There are also 2 lights under the red light that read replace filter and ok. These 2 lights are not on. Is the red light that is next to the filter always on? If not how do I get the red light off? Thanks

Suddenly freezer (top) stopped freezing. Cool air still blowing in. Suspect defrost heater unit or thermostat. Have replaced years ago on Kenmore but cannot locate manual to troubleshoot or take apart - assume have to remove inside of freezer but might be accessible from rear??

Water flow to the dispencer and to the ice maker is low. Water line jumps and vibrates when in use. Ice cubes are often hollow when dispenced.

Ice Crusher and dispenser does not work right
The crusher or dispenser sounds like it is stripped. I hear the motor running but ice or crushed ice is not dispensed. Sometimes it works, while sometimes it does not dispense ice.

After replacing the water purification filter, the ice maker has stopped producing ice. There are no kinks in the copper wire, the psi is fine and there were no problems before the filter was replaced. I have also tried reinstalling the filter.

Buzzing and clicking noise - Maytag Fridge
Every 2-4 minutes there is a buzzing noise which gets louder until it clicks. Changed the relay overload but the problem did not go away or get any better.
