Miele PW 5065
Unit was purchased in France and sent to Africa. Wired for 2NAC 400V. If I convert to 1NAC 230V, it appears that only one heater element will work. Manual says "Heating level" setting must be adjusted but does not show how. Appreciate any help. Thanks!!!!!!

After three years of regular use, I have found some minor (white) scale deposits in the filter unit. The manual recommends use of a nylon brush, however, that does not seem to remove the scaling. Is there a powder or liquid agent that will do the job without damaging the filter(s)?

I was thinking it may be the rubber seals aroudn the door & on the inide of the unit next to the door?
The rubber seal along the left inside of the unit finsihes at the bottom of the unit, and at that point there is a 5cm piece of rubber…
