  Fan does not slow down
  Even thought the indicator lights suggest low fan speed when the unit is on AUTO, the fan does not slow down. Is this a known problem? How can it be fixed?

  I have a portable MISTRAL air con model #MPAC50 and it wont let me st the temperature below 28% and it doesnt go below that. It has never gone below that since purchased 12 months ago. It' doesnt blow out chilled air.
