  Does anyone know if there is a replacement part for the centre small star like piece that the tray sits on, and enables the rotation. Mine has simply melted/sheared off, now tray no longer spins when cooking!

  Fan does not slow down
  Even thought the indicator lights suggest low fan speed when the unit is on AUTO, the fan does not slow down. Is this a known problem? How can it be fixed?
