  Sporadic power
  Moulinex, Optiquick, Compact CYB.
  
  IF THIS QUESTION INVOLVES FEES FOR AN ANSWER - DO NOT ANSWER.
  
  When power is switched on, the power appears to come on and off sporadically. as if there is a power switch being turned on and off.
  Any advice would be gratefully received.
  
  I realize that I should not touch inside this machine due to stored high voltage, and have not done so.
