I cleaned the unit yesterday using the clean cycle it worked fine. I tried to make coffee today and all I get is the clock flashing none of the controls work.

Won't brew
Bought TFTX85 model brand new from BX; owners manual was accidentally thrown out. When I turn it on, the "on" light will light up but then nothing else happens. No heat, no sounds, nothing. Am I missing something?

auto shut-off not working

My FTX23 one day started spewing coffee & grounds and when I got it all cleaned up, now it won't brew. When I run a cycle (brew or clean) it takes forever and only yields about 2-4 cups of the 12 cups I put into the reservoir. Help!
