  Flame not lighting on front right
  For a number of years my stove has had difficulty lighting the front right holes of the H shaped burner. It has been professionally cleaned and has not really helped.   My gas fireplace turns on but then shuts it's self oof after a few minutes. The remote says Er. 6.

  On-Off Inoperable
  I can't turn the flame off. The remote control won't do it, and it won't work when I try to manually switch it to Off. I replaced the batteries, as well. Someone moved the directions I kept nearby, and I don't know what to do. I need a new instruction manual
