4xBurners
All four (4) burners have disintergrated... With a five (5) year warranty, who and where can I receive the replaces?

I can't get my sear burner to work

Warranty
The first time I used my new grill, the porcelain was poping off of the grill grates. This is not what i expected from a grill that I paid $900.00 for. Can you provide replacement grates that will not lose the porcelain under warranty?

problem lighting the burners
I had the use of the grill for one season and I am trying to get it ready for use this summer, I have filled the gas tank and tried to ignite it using the starter but it does not light automatically but will light with a match. How do I clean out the burners so it will light?

burner knob is loose
I just replaced all 4 burner attachments and one of the knobs is loose . When I put that knob on "HI" the flame strats right by the knob causing the front of the grill to get extremely hot. If I keep the flame on med to low this does not happen. Could the loose knob be causing excess gas to flow out…

Conversion to Natural Gas
Have the LP Gas grill but would like to convert it to natural gas (house gas mains line). Is there a kit available to change out the valves to get the correct opening needed. If not what size drill do i need to use to open the valve to the correct size for natural gas
