DOOR WILL NOT OPEN
I have a SR11092B and the door will not open. The push button is broken. What can I do? How do I get this fixed? I am having no luck on finding anyone to work on it. Bruce

Sylvania Microwave SM81014
The spatter shield looks as if 'burned' by the oven wave guide. Is this a problem? Is it dangerous? Should the shield be replaced - from where?

new owner of convection oven
When you use the convection oven do you use the glass plate? When you use the grill do you take the glass plate out? when you grill do you use the metal stand or some other pan? Is the card board type plate on the side of the oven suppose to stay there? It says it's a vent. As you can see I have no experience with this and need more help than the owner's manual gives.

Unit arched and then went dead
I just bought a new travel trailer with the built in SC-11100 Microwave unit. A couple days after arriving home with the trailer, I thought I'd try the microwave to see how it worked. It worked fine when I pushed the Grill button for one minute, then I pushed the Cook button for one minute. I thought the whole unit was gonna explode, it started arching inside and then after a few seconds, the thing just died. I'm 800 hundred miles away from where I purchased the trailer so I'm sure this will be a headache getting it replaced. I hope you all have better luck with yours. You're right, the manual

Pop Corn and microwave heatup usage
After many trials and errors, because of the sorry manual directions. You must put everything you put in the microwave on or in a microwave safe plate or bowl (not plastic for popcorn). The metal stand/rotater that came with the microwave only keeps the things you are heating up off of the lower convection heating element.

Continuous beeping unable to reset timer
How can I reset timer and stop continuos beeping sound that is quite annoying!!!!

intermittent touchpad problem
if the oven is beeping intermittently then the cells on the touchpad are failing and it could possibly turn itself on. the keypad needs replaced.
