nothing seems to work anymore, i'm thinking it has to be reset somehow? it will only come on if i hold the door a bit, it seems to be wanting a code?

Has power but won't run
Microwave won't run when touch pad is activated - yet sometimes it will run and turn off and on irratically. Is there a reset?

TURNTABLE
TURNTABLE PLATE DOES NOT ENGAGE WITH SHAFT COMING OUT OF BOTTOM OF MICROWAVE?? ANY IDEAS? HAVE SEVERAL OF THE SAME MODEL OF MICROWAVE AND THEY ARE CORRECT BUT ONE FROM A UNIT THAT IS CORREECT DOES NOT WORK ON MY CUSTOMERS UNIT.

CONVECTION FEATURES
We just purchased an Everest Fifth Wheel and the unit has a convection microwave by Sylvania, but the manual the dealer provided for us does not tell how to use the convection features. I'm new to a convection oven and would like to know how to correctly use the feature.
