  I have lost one of the black rubber casters that cover the screw on the bottom of the unit. My info is Oster 564A, service # 4094, P/N 101956-002, for a 400 watt blender. Is it possible to order a set of these tips?

  I keep going in circles for the user's manual for my wife. She received this as a gift and somehow lost all the paperwork. She just needs to see some instructions for it, but generally knows how to make bread from another machine in the past.
