Oster Model OTM1101GBS won't cut off
the microwave seems to operate normally but when the time expires the oven continues to operate (turntable turns, light and fans are on). Opening the door stops the process but it starts again when the door is closed.

I too have been looking for assistance in how to use my Oster Model OTM1101VBS convection microwave. I think we were all duped when we purchased this product. I will never trust Oster again as, from what I have seen on various sites, is that they will not assist you with any of these problems.

Oster Toast LOGIC Operation
Can't figure out the latching mechanism for a Model 3805. Without a diagram, I don't know how the latch works or whether a part has broken or missing.

Voltage 110 to 220 converter
We have power avilable at 220 V , 50 Hz. this microwave ask for 110 V , 60 Hz.
If we use converter of 110 to 220 V, 50/60 Hz. is this acceptable.

Does not get cold
Brand new 5 cft. The compressor does not kick on. Looks like it may be a loose wire. Need wiring diagram of thermastat/overload connector. White wires are connected together, but not connected to anything else. How should this be wired?

Oster 3165 -can't remove the basket to clean
The stainless steel basket on the Oster 3165 I use is difficult to remove. Anyone know how I can lift this out to clean it?
The juicer works fine. I just used it, but the basket is tough to remove. I've tried turntable-ing it, but still it won't lift out.
