Manual
No matter what I do I cannot get this manual to download. All i really need to know is what goes in first, water, premix, yeast is how my new Breville works but I know all machines are not the same. I also need to know the quantities used. Can anyone please help me?

have bought from a friend-followed all directions in the manual but whether, basic or on timer the loaves tend to be heavy and poorly risen
I have had the smaller model for 18 years with no problem except that the impeller in the pan has worn out and so cannot operate

Falied bread mix batch
Im trying to use Golden Wholemeal Breadmix to make a large loaf and as per instrucrions on box first batch (using 4g pure yeast powder, 445ml water and600g bread mix)failed into a small rock like ball any suggestions as i have 3 more batches to use thanks sandi
