sand filtration tank T 500
I WOULD NEED A PART FROM THIS TANK AND CAN T SEEM TO FIND IT ANYWHERE. I WOULD NEED THE MANUAL TO VERIFY THE PARTS

Pump control locked out
I set up a password and now after a a week in operation the control will not accept my password. How do I reset the password. ?

We have no idea how to backwash this thing, Where can I find out. It is for a 15ft round pool, we just got this used filter and I cant find info anywhere, Im not sure of the model number

heater won't fire up
our pool heater the Minimax Nt was working for two days on opening. Now it has an error reading of E04, (fan Failure) upon trying to fire it up, you smell gas and then it won't ignite. In the panel when open there is a flashing red light, supposedly meaning Ignition lock Out? This is the heater…

Heater does not stay on
Heater cycles on and off in approx. 10 minute cycles. Red service light comes on and then goes off. Eventually water will heat up but it takes a very long time to reach proper temp.

Need a view of the filter pads looking from the top of the filter.

wiring pump motor to relay panel
2 red pwr wires, are the 2 red pwr wires install to the same circuit breaker? why 2red pwr wires? i purchased a intelliflo vf.help the 2 red wires confuse me thank you!

A leak appears where the control valve mounts to the sand filter tank.

pool looks nasty
I just got this filter 1 year ago. Usually keeps the pool pristine, however, something is wrong. The pool looks awful. Not sure how to troubleshoot.

Blown Fuse
ic20 Chlorine generator keeps blowing fuse when the cell is connected to the power generator. Just started today generator has been in use 2.5 years.

Pool Heater won't stay lit. Purex Triton Minimax 300
