    Hi,
    My daughter gave me her phone but not the user manual. In trying to use the phone book feature, I've somehow become stuck in that mode. I cannot exit back to the standby mode. What shows on the handset is a name & the current date & time. I need to access the manual to work this phone!She gave me a quick start guide which does not contain the info I need. I am able to make calls however.

    answering machine
    select the setting to answer & record. the answering machine is still on answer mode.
