flame pops back when shut off
can't find model number ---has 4 burners---has 13" manifold pressure --flame pops back in all 4 burners went sutting off.need to know manifold pressure for propane-- thanks bill

FRYER BLASTING
In uor gas fryer when this start that time pilot is firing then the burner soenoid open but this time the burner could ntot firing so after some time very big blasting sound coming and machine totaly off.

flames want stay burning
had to light it a few times pilot stay lite flames stay on for 38 sec and then goes out polit stay on i think it might be a theromastat

changing fryer filter
should the fryer filter be changed daily or can it go more than 1 day in the slow season. we just got a new 4 basket pitco and I want to make sure it lasts. We filter the grease every night and boil out once a week.

cleaning
the back of the fryer caught fire the other day. im now trying to take it apart to clean it, but cant get into the bit that needs cleaning. its the shaft at the back that goes right down and under the oil. so i need to know how your supposed to clean something you cant get to. any ideas?

Stuck on slow warm up
This fryer is stuck in slow mode for heating and we can not figure how to get it back to quick warm up. It will take it 1 1/2 hours to heat oil to 320 degrees. HELP lol

35c+ model-sparking out of top exhaust area
We here at the marina have two 35c+ pitco fryers on site, one of the fryers has a buildup of greese inside the exhaust area of the fryer, up on the very top. At this location on the fryer it also shoots out sparks. What could be causing this malfunction or abnormal behaviour?
