remove hinged lid
I also have the rival crock pot scvc600-ss with a hinged lid that I can not see how to take the lid off. It does not slide up and down like the ones that are currently in stock.

black tip and retsining lid was mallformed and unable to find a place to but one. it sits on two brass lugs and pre-formed to be pushed onto these studs

Rival Model 3351 Slow Cooker
I have this slow cooker but recipes always indicate how many quarts. This isn't anywhere on the cooker itself and the box is long gone. Do you know how many quarts this one is? Thanks so much for your help.

faulty timer
unable to set timer above 8hrs, when gets to this time, tier goes out, and all lights flash. If i set below this time, it will only stay on for about an hour, then timer goes off, and all lights flash again...

power light keeps blinking but it won't turn on
I have a #38601 Smart Pot and have used it a couple of times but now every time I plugged it in, the power light just keeps blinking but it won't turn on or do anything!! Can anyone help? I lost the manual and don't see any reset button anywhere.

If I set the slow cooker on high for 2 hours after about an hour it will suddenly start flashing all three red lights - high, low and keep warm. Is this correct?

THIS DID NOT HAVE A MANUAL BOOKLET IN IT WHEN I BOUGHT IT. CAN YOU TELL ME HOW I WOULD GO ABOUT BUYING ONE? I HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO SET THE TIMERS OR ANYTHING AS NO DIRECTIONS ON CARE AND USE WERE IN IT. THANKS

Hi, I have a crockpot that has picture settings on it. the first two are ok it has a one and a two, but the third setting is of a small crockpot with steam coming out of it. Could you tell me what this setting is for?
