Samsung DB 9: Problem: Always says "Loading" when dvd is inserted, but does not play

Problem: When DVD disc is inserted , it does not play, but says "loading". By fluke on certain occassions it plays, but on most occassions it never does play.

Blacl and White Image
When putting a disk in the image appears only in black adn white. Under any other circumstance, the screen appears in color.

Disk cannot be played
It says: this disk cannot be played, please check the disk, whereas other disks in the same series can be played and the disk can be played on my computer.
