I have a Samsung SMH7185WG and that has worked fine all along and is about 2 y.o. when suddenly the #3,#4 and start keys all stopped working at nearly the same time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Samsung microwave MW83Z - door release button
I find my MW83Z having a strange property. When I half press the door release button, the turntable actually turns, the fan is turned on, the light is turned. I am not sure if the microwave function is on.
Is it still safe to use?

I accidently 'flashed' a live 24v feed to the casing whilst it was still earthed. It now refuses to play !! Is there anyone in my area who is able to assist or carry out repairs.

Our 1 year old microwave stopped running, no power. There is power to the outlet. Does anyone know if fuses in the microwave can be replaced? Or any other ideas? the clock light is even off

Can't Figure Out the Convection Oven
My mother in law owns this micrwave/convection oven combo and we have read the manual, seemed to have followed all the steps to get the convection oven to work but can't figure it out. Maybe we are missing a step, please help someone. Possibly write out the steps for me. Thanks.

we have a samsung microwave, model SMH7174BC and the night light will not go off. We did not even know the microwave had a night light until we had an ice storm and was without power for several days. Now the light will not go out. have lost users manual. anyone have any suggestions

About the setting.

solution to ue problem
hello
try to dry the touch panel from the inside and clean the main cable that is connected to it because it might be rusty
I have the same problem and now the oven is working again

Microwave will not heat food. Everything works even the clock but it will not cook any food. It gets warm on the sides and bottom, but does not cook.

HV capacitor
I got a MW6442 TC oven, and fuses burnt several times when started heating. I opened and checked some parts and found the high voltage capacitor burnt(maybe) due to very low resistance, 0.1-0.2 ohm.
Please advise the proper reading from multimeter.

The microwave will program and start for about 3 seconds then shutdown. Someone thought that because the turntable plate is missing that that may have something to do with it

charcoal filter
SMH7187 has a stainless steel vent cover across the top front of the microwave which does not allow for the charcoal filter to be installed. Please help us determine how it should go in once both screws have been removed. Thank you.
