everything disappeared
hi
i was chargin my yp-p2 i woke this morning and turned it on all my songs pictures and videos all diappeared and i didnt RESET it and theres a wee blue box at the top of the screen where i go into songs etc so how do i get everything back

Samsung U5 MP3 Player resetting problem
Whatever I set the play mode to, if I exit the now playing screen and go into any folder or anything, the play mode returns to the default.
I have tried resetting the mp3 before and it worked as I found that the ... button returned to its default (DNSE) but now resetting doesn't seem to be working.…

Freeze
My mp3 player just froze out of nowehere and the time testarted., but it remained frozen. I pressed the restart button which turned the screen black, and now i cannot figure out how to power it up. I need help A.S.A.P!!! thank you.

low battery problem

Samsung Media Studio 5 set up grand but i can not get the mp3 device connected up to it. Whenever i connect the mp3 player to the computer it says "Found new Hardware MTP Device" i click to install it but it says "a problem occurred during installation"

Headphone jack problem

Trouble Uploading Songs
When I connenct the MP3 player to my computer it shows folders containing about 100 songs, but when I disconnect and turn it on it only shows 33 songs. How do I update the information on the MP3 player itself? Thanks!
