How to get door apart on microwave

R-520K control panel non-functinoal
The Stop/Clear button on my sharp model R-520K previously stop functioning [only one I can tell]. On a loss of power, I got the ‘press clear and press clock’ to reset. Since I cannot complete this command, the unit will not work. Any hope for cheap repair?

I use the Power Level to defrost foods, or to cook at a lower heat. I need clear instructions on how to do this, for what I am doing does not seem to work.
It seems the food is being cooked on high, regardless of what power level number I am pushing.
