slush turn into solid ice
the slus puppie machine do not make slush but rather turn into a solid blok of ice

not working properly
hi im having trouble with machine icing up to much and the ice dosnt fall off the side of the drum to be crushed by the folks please can someone help

Stoelting model # 205f
Bearing clog for driving the main ice cream turd. ( bearing) The round drive gear on the bearning is stripped, see picture attached. I need to order a new one.
