Undercounter, 28 lb. No ice made, seems that the water tank does not stay full & pump runs dry. Replaced water valve & cleaned unit. Any thoughts? Looking for manual, no luck so far

not as cold as before
have freezer at 7 and refridge at 8; is cold but at a higher # than before

too much ice
i have a 3151 sub zero ice make and it makes too much ice. the temp sensor is most likely defective. it looks like an easy replacement job. How do i get that part and how much is it.

Ice maker
The ice maker stopped working and we never got the manual when we bought the house. Might be build-up in the line but don't know how to access it or take it apart to clean and check it . Anyone know where I can get this info?
