  Water is leaking from the centre of the unit (ie not from the water reservoir connections). How do I remove the plastic body to get to the leak site?

  The low water light indicator will not stop flashing even though heaps of water in container. Did factory reset and repower. Checked all components and reset and cleaned everythinbg. Please advise what to do.

  I removed the steam arm from my unit, cleaned and put it back on. It now leaks where the screw is located. I believe I might have lost a washer or gasket. Where can I get another one.

  brew assembly malfunction
  Something has gone wrong with the brew assebly. The machine makes unusual noises and can't seem to get the assembly to align in the correct position to make the coffe. Heater works, pump works, coffee ground removal works.I have pulled it apart and given it all a clean. Any suggestions?

  When water is hot, I place brewing head with cofee. However, the water starts to come through very quickly, and cofee has no time to brew properly. As a result I am getting light beige drink instead of black cofee. What is the problem?

  cofee does not mixed with hot water
  Does not make a proper expresso - the cofee is sitting in brewing filter, does not mix properly with water, and I am getting slight beige coloured cofee with the cofee mass still in brewing head mixed with small amount of cofee.

  Steam arm leaking
  The steam arm on my Espresso machine is leaking steam from around the top of the arm where it screws to the main unit. Very little pressure at the end of the stream arm.
