  No idea of age--avocado color (does that give a hint?)--safely stored in a storage room and looks to be in perfect condition--except for lack of instructions

  manual and recipes required
  I have no instructions or recipes for the crockpot I have inherited.
  It has a ceramic insert and glass lid and has 3 settings: hi, low and autoshift. I have never used a crockpot.
