Thermostat
I just bought the water cooler with a small fridge. Itme # 0209. Water is somewhat cool however the referigerator does not cool at all. Is there a way to turn the thermostat down. Dont see any switch or knob for it. Please recommend.

Temperature
My water continues to be tepid, I don't know why the cooling mechanism just up and quit. Is this normal after only 2 years?

WILL NOT TURN
WATER COOLER WAS WORKING FINE UNTIL RECENT STORM THAT KNOCK OUT ELECTRICITY. IS THERE A FUSE THAT MAY HAVE BLOWN OR WHAT ELSE SHOULD I LOOK FOR?

Cloudy hot water
