Thermador Oven RDSS30 failure
The lower heating element arced, burned a hole in its lower side and spit out a glob of melted metal. After the panic subsided I could see that the control panel display had gone dark.

Our Thermador double oven fails to reach the desired temperature.
This model is a double oven. When we try to use both ovens simultaneously neither oven heats up to the desired temperature.

Number color change
My Thermador oven currently projects the numbers for the clock, timer, and temperatures in green. Is there a way to change this color to red? I have trouble seeing blues and greens and need to be able to see these numbers more clearly in order to use my oven.

My Thermador SC272TB acts as if it were dead. No control panel lights come on nor do the interior oven lights come on when the door is open. The warmer tray on the bottom works fine. I have checked the house circuit breaker and it seems fine. The oven may have an interior fuse or circuit breaker…

oven light melted, casing cracked
The oven got too hot, cracked the protective light fixture, melted the metal of the light bulb to the threads where the light bulb screws in, and now we are not sure of how to remove the melted metal.

Bought one with Dual electric oven setup. Do no want to install the ventilator that came with it but rather use my existing overhead model. Of course the manual was nowhere to be found and there is no wiring schematic . Need one.

dim display on control panel
This is the second time that I have had this part (the whole control panel) replaced for a dim display. Do you know if there is a way just to buy a new display and relay board without the rest of the pieces in the control kit or whether there are any other solutions to avoid the $400 cost?
