I need assistance with my convection oven. Every time I try to set either the temperature or any other functions i get 3 zeros on the display screen along with ongoing beeps that don't go away unless I unplug the unit. Can you tell me if there's something I need to do on it?

Toastmaster 233 Waffle maker stopped working
I suspect the part that isn't working is a small white ceramic part with part numbers Z42/43 10/250 on the top. Everything else looks ok. Could this be the problem and does anyone know where I can get one of these?

Unit won't turn on
I went to switch the unit and it won't power up. Is there a part I can get from Toastmaster so I can repair it myself?
This convection oven is the very best I've ever had and I don't want to have to replace it. Everything else about the unit worked just superbly!!!
