VCEF36 electric fireplace
My Vermont Castings electric fireplace heater shot sparks then stopped heating. The blower motor still continues to work, but it does not heat. All other fireplace functions appear to be working normally. I live on an island where there are no company representatives or distributors available.

spilled p[aint pn inside glass
Is there any way that I can access the inside glass of my DV360 gas fireplace? My stupid painter spilled paint inside both glass surfaces. HELP and thank you. Barbara

Pilot light will not light
Gas was burning ok then all went out

Would like to know if any vermont casting indoor fireplaces from the early 1970s to the year 2000 were made with asbestos? We have one that is in our house which was built in 1978. We moved into the house in 2003. We are not sure when the vermont was installed
