Monitor periodically blanks out ... attached to kvm - does this under mac or vista. When it "resets", it eventually bumps the brightness setting down from 50 (where I had put it) to 25...but resets (screen blanks for random number of seconds) continue to occur.

Fridge is freezing food

TV Won't turn on
Tv won't turn on. I unplugged it and when I plugged it back in and push the power button on the tv, the tv starts making a ticking sound. If I unplug it, it stops making the sound. As soon as I push the power button it starts again.

overheated screen/ image
for the past few weeks my TV has been overheating after only 1 hour of viewing. The images then become distorted. I thought it was the cable box, therefore I upgraded to an HD cable box, but the problem persists. What could the problem be?

Black screen
My tv will all of a sudeen shut off and have a black screen. The blue light is still on. So the TV is on. I have to shut it off and back on again It does it all the time

Power Supply Problem
I have the Westinghouse L2210NW monitor. All of a sudden it wouldn't power on. I changed the power cable, checked the power jack on both ends. Still nothing. The White 'W' will light up for about 3 seconds and then goes black. The power button has not response.

Need schematic, advise...
Had bad 2200uf cap on PS board (no power at all) - replaced it and now set runs but possibly some power rail is still bad - there is no amber "standby" LED when unit is plugged in but turned off. Also the saved channels (after a scan) will not survive unplugging the TV from the wall.

The volume from digital tv stations is maxxed out too low. Playing dvds thru the component video inputs volume is way too low. Is there is setting that can be changed?

whenever it sits and the screen saver suppose to kick in the sccreen gets totally white or when shutting the computer down instead of cutting off the screen gets white and won't cut off everything works fine except on those occasions,thought maybe the monitor could be reset but i don't know how

I have the manual but I cannot understand how to get the front door open in order to clean the inside of the front glass.
The stove is in a house we just bought and is about 7 years old I think.
The manual is good and shows hinges and catches but not how to open the door.

There is a left hand thread nut, approx 10-32 according to the hardware store I visited that is not readily available. It fits into the retaining ring and it broke. Any idea where to get a replacement? The hardware store suggested restaurant supply. Thanks

cleaning the oven.
I cannot get the oven to come on for self cleaning. The door is now locked and will not open, but it is also not heating up. I have tried setting the start and stop timer but it still is not working. It has a brand new computer in it so I don't know what the problem can be.

I disconnected the oven element to clean the oven and despite numerous combinations I cannot seem to get the wiring correct. The oven will turn on however the element won't heat, and other combinations cause the circuit breaker to activate. Could someone please help!

Worked fine for two years, yesterday when shutting it off, the screen goes white after power is shut off. Great night light but not what I want. I tried running thru the remote and attempted to adjust settings with no luck in correcting problem. Any suggestions?
