Uncoplete Cycle
My 7.1kg cycles right up to the point of draining to rinse cycle and the just does not drain, I then get red flashing LED at the low waterlevel mark, but still have a machine full of water, I then empty it by means of gravity, it then carries on with it's cycle. please help.

Washer does not agitage, but the motor runs.
If your washer will not agitate, it could be the gear that connects it the motor that has broke. If you're handy you should be able to replace it with parts that are available online for less than $15.

the number under the lid is "stylemaster 4217141 REV A". The top part of agitator barely moves. When I use my hand to push downward on the agitator when in use, it seems to work fine. Could there be a loose nut or something to tighten to keep pressure on a clutch or something?

water in the door works. ice maker doesn't. is there a strainer in the water tubing system to clean? metal "stop" bar is down; not sure the ice-maker blades are turning though.how do you check to see if motor is working or water is coming into ice-maker?

there's no manual....only instructions for installation and care
the instructions for installation and care were very helpful especially if you only want to change a blown light or filter. Just pull firmly on the plastic tab and it comes out with ease.
