This dishwasher is very noisy. There are no other problems, but recently it is very noisy during the whole cycle. Sounds like a high pitch grinding. I am not sure of the age since it was in the house when we bought it 5 years ago. What would cause this loud noise?

Need Troubleshoot
I have selected to do "Normal wash," heard water come on for 10seconds, it stop! Then heard a click click, then silence. After that, nothing happen. I let the knob turned all the way to "OFF" position by itself. Open the door. There are stilling water inside. It didn't drain out.

Dishes are not completely dry at end of cycle. Heater shows about 9.5 ohms res. Small round device in red line from htr shows complete circuit at zero ohms.

Trouble with draining
Our dishwasher (DU819SWKU) has stopped draining. There doesn't appear to be a clog on top of the drain. Don't know if there is a clog underneath the grates. What can we do to fix it? Do you have a list of recommended technicians in San Antonio we can call?
