Can You Help With These Problems?

  Dryer Doesn't get hot.
  I checked the coil and its not shorted or open. Not sure what else to check. I see 3 different units that are thermal devices of some sort but not sure what state they are supposed to be in. A schematic would help.

  dryer is very hot and doesn't advance except on tumble dry, have replaced the timer did not fix problem
